The soft skills, people skills that were always invaluable become a necessity. Reading a book is not enough, learning from the best is crucial to be able to fulfill this complex role. We have designed this 2+2 day course to give you all the tools to enhance your agile knowledge to become Agile Leaders. The course is made up of two segments: Solid Foundation & Advanced Level. Joining the Solid Foundation modules will only give you the know-how needed to start your career as an Agile Leader, however with the add-on modules, you will gain an edge over competition with advanced techniques.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Specially designed for those who would like to become Agile Leaders or further advance their Agile Leader careers with expanded, validated and refreshed knowledge. The programme is also suitable for those Managers whose organisation is becoming Agile.

You can start from scratch, but in order to learn the most, we recommend gaining at least 3-6 months of Agile experience before accomplishing the Advanced Level modules.

CONTENT

You will gain Agile, Lean, Scrum and Kanban basic knowledge, learn about the role of Leadership in Scrum and in Agile transformation as well as practice techniques which support advanced Agile Leaders.
