ABOUT THE COURSE

If you want to become an acknowledged Scrum Master, learning from the bests is crucial.

The Scrum Master role is very complex: they support and encourage the team’s self-organization and the success of the projects, they are responsible for the process, teach the Product Owner, the team and the stakeholders. Learning from a book is not enough to fulfill this position, which is why Sprint Consulting offers its experience as well.

We have designed this 2+2 days course to give all the tools to enhance your Agile knowledge to become Scrum Master. The course consists of two segments: Solid Foundation & Advanced Level. Joining the Solid Foundation modules will only give you the know-how needed to kickstart your career as a Scrum Master, however with the add-on modules, you will gain an edge over competition with advanced techniques.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Specially designed for those who would like to become Scrum Masters or further advance their Scrum Master careers with expanded, validated and refreshed knowledge.

In order to learn the most from our advanced modules we recommend to gain at least 3-6
months of experience in the role of a Scrum Master.

CONTENT
