The Product Owner is a person with vision, authority and availability. They are way more than just writers of user stories. They define the product features and are responsible for the profitability of the product. To have full business responsibility for the product reading a book is not enough, learning from the best is crucial to be able to fulfill this complex role. Sprint Consulting offers it’s life long experience to help you become an acknowledged Product Owner.

We have designed this 2+2 day course to give you all the tools to enhance your agile knowledge to become Product Owners. The course is made up of two segments: Solid Foundation & Advanced Level. Joining the Solid Foundation modules will only give you the know-how needed to start your career as a Product Owner, however with the add-on modules, you will gain an edge over competition with advanced techniques.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Specially designed for those who would like to become Product Owners or further advance their Product Owner careers with expanded, validated and refreshed knowledge.

You can start from scratch, but In order to learn the most, we recommend gaining at least 3-6 months of Scrum experience before accomplishing the Advanced Level modules.

CONTENT
