ABOUT THE COURSE

Having great Agile Coaches is key for the long-term success of Agile organizations. At the beginning of the transformation, having external coaches is needed. However after the most intensive initial part of the change to Agile, having internal people focusing on supporting the culture change and the continuous improvement philosophy becomes essential.

Our Agile Coach Academy is designed for those who are open to investing once to start their life journey as an Agile Coach.

Becoming a successful Agile Coach is an investment. It requires Agile knowledge, field experience and senior mentoring. To become an Agile Coach it is not enough to finish one Agile training. You need to understand all roles and responsibilities involved in Agile (PO, SM, stakeholders) and be able to fulfill any role. During the 9-day course, we give you all the knowhow to fulfill this challenging role as well as tips and tricks that we learned throughout our 12 year experience.

The course is made up of two segments: Solid foundation & Advanced Level. Joining the Solid foundation course only will give you the knowledge needed to start your career as an Agile Coach, however with the add-on Advanced Level modules, you will gain an edge over competition.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Specially designed for those who would like to become Agile Coaches or further advance their Agile Coach careers with expanded, validated and refreshed knowledge. Scrum Masters and Product Owners can join this course as well.

You can start from scratch, but in order to learn the most, we recommend to gain at least 3-6 months of experience in the role of an Agile Coach before accomplishing the Advanced Level modules.

WHAT YOU GET

An experience based, ready to use education for you to kickstart your career as an Agile Coach in any field. Finishing the Solid Foundation part of the course will give you the knowledge necessary to start your career as an Agile Coach. Continuing and finishing the Advanced Level part as well will further elevate your practical knowledge and give you an edge among current Agile Coaches.

CONTENT

You will gain Agile, Lean, Scrum and Kanban knowledge while taking part in the hands-on training from our Senior Agile coaches. The modules will give you the know-how to be able to fulfill any agile position.

The curriculum can be extended with our mentoring programme, containing individual coaching and mentoring sessions with our experienced agile consultants.
