AS A SENIOR SCRUM MASTER YOU WILL
AS A SENIOR SCRUM MASTER YOU WILL- support multiple Scrum Teams in adopting and living the Agile values and the Scrum framework
- act as a servant leader, mentor and coach – not only for your teams but also for less experienced Scrum Masters
- foster a cooperative and learning culture within the teams and across the organization
- actively contribute to the adaptation of scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.)
- help remove organizational and cultural impediments to agility
- introduce and analyze Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement
- collaborate closely with Product Owners, Leaders, and other stakeholders, coaching them on Agile mindset and practices
- facilitate workshops and trainings to spread Agile knowledge across the organization
- develop yourself with the support of your dedicated Mentors and the entire team
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE- minimum 3+ years of proven Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach experience (PM / Team Lead background is a plus)
- certifications such as PSM II/III, CSM + A-CSM and knowledge of SAFe, LeSS
- seen and experienced scaling and enterprise Agile setups
- high-level coaching and facilitation skills
- strong stakeholder management capabilities
- organizational change management knowledge and experience
- solid EQ and excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
- the drive to deliver real value to your clients
