AS A SENIOR AGILE COACH YOU WILL
AS A SENIOR AGILE COACH YOU WILL- support organisations on their Agile journey and guide them through the phases of their transformation
- be the guide of your teams and the source of Agile knowledge during the process
- coach organizations and individuals to develop a cooperative culture that celebrates learning and success
- help teams to work with Agile methodologies that suits them the most
- be a true peer for Leaders
- hold training and give learning opportunity through your knowledge
- develop yourself with the support of your dedicated Mentors and the entire team
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE- minimum 3 years as an Agile Coach or 4 years as a Scrum Master
- minimum 7 years of professional experience
- seen and felt scaling and enterprise Agile
- natural ability to talk, train and coach people
- experience in consulting top management roles
- experience in working with Big 4 or similar
- organisational development expertise
- solid EQ and communication skills also in English
- feel the urge to provide result to your clients
