Certified Agile Leadership (CAL I) Training – ONLINE

In that case, our Certified Agile Leadership training is just your thing. This certification brings you the tools you need to start the change within your organization and to keep it going.

One of the challenges of management is to handle resistance when going through an Agile transition. How to overcome this resistance and how to make sure that everyone is motivated, engaged and contributing to the transition? Our certified training gives you all the tools and insights to grow from an Agile Practitioner to an Agile Leader. It provides you with the right tools to convince the senior management about the value of an Agile transition.

After participation in the training, you receive your CAL certificate from Scrum Alliance.

Objective

The goal of this training is to equip organizational leaders with a profound understanding of the fundamental principles of Agile leadership, fostering the development of a mindset and organizational culture that enable business agility and high performance in teams across various business areas.

• Leaders who support, lead, or interact with Agile teams.
• Scrum Masters / Agile coaches
• Any leader sponsoring, requesting, or involved with an Agile adoption within their organization

Prerequisite

A basic understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile is recommended to be able to participate in this course.

• Fundamental skills and mindset shifts of Agile leadership
• Leadership strategies and the #leadershipDancefloor
• Establishing relational frameworks in team and organizational leadership

DAY 2

• Building shared agreements and interpretations of context
• Aligning shared purposes and incremental strategies to achieve them
• Self-awareness and self-regulation in leadership
• Leadership styles and agility
• Building trust and commitment

DAY 3

• Leadership for maturity and self-organization
• Influencing cultural change in an organization
• Designing, forming, and enabling organizational structures
• Increasing business agility
• Aligning processes and objectives
• Case study analysis of organizational agility and transformation

Misc.

• Contents used and generated in the course will be provided for the participants  in digital format.
• PMP certified participants are eligible to 1 PDU point per training hours as defined in the PMP Handbook on page 42, Category B.
• You can receive 15 SEUs (Scrum Education Units) for the renewal of their Scrum Alliance certifications.
• Please note that it is mandatory to participate during the entire duration of the training, this condition is strictly required for the Scrum Alliance certification.
• The online tool used for this training is Zoom. We’ll send a unique link for each participant before the training and provide the necessary technical information at least 24 hours before the training starts. The precondition for participation and receiving the link is that the training fee arrives at least 2 days prior to the training. 
• Precondition for participation is a camera-enabled connection and internet.
